Timeline

  1. Dear Customer,

To ensure you can always log in to your account, we are implementing an account security measure starting October 15, 2026: Customers who registered through social accounts such as Google or Facebook and have never set their own password will be required to set one.

    Why a password is required

When registering through a social account, the system automatically generates a random password for your account, which you do not know. If you lose access to that social account (e.g., the account is deactivated, or you lose access to the associated email), you will be unable to log in.

After setting a password, you can log in using your email address + password, even without the social account.

Which customers need to set a password

    • Required: Customers who registered through a social account and have never set or modified their own password.
    • Not affected:
      • Customers who registered with an email address and set their own password.
      • Customers who linked a social account after registration.
    • If you have already set a password but still see the prompt, please click "I already know my current password" on the settings page and enter your password to confirm and skip.

    Schedule and Grace Period

After logging into the client area, a prompt to set a password will appear. The grace period begins when you first see the prompt:

    Customer Type Grace Period
Customers registered before October 15, 2026 30 days
New customers registered on or after October 15, 2026 7 days
    • During the grace period, you can click "Remind me later" to postpone, up to 2 times. After each postponement, the prompt will not reappear for 24 hours.
    • After the grace period ends or the postponement limit is reached, other functions in the client area will be suspended until password setup is complete.
    • The following functions will always be available and will not affect renewals or services:
      • Viewing and paying invoices
      • Support tickets
      • Announcements and knowledge base

    Password Requirements

    • At least 10 characters, including both letters and numbers.
    • Cannot contain your email address.
    • Must meet the website's password strength requirements. It is recommended to mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. The page will provide real-time feedback if the strength is insufficient.
    • Cannot start or end with a space.

    After Setup

    • A confirmation email will be sent, including the setup time and IP address. If this was not done by you, please contact customer service immediately.
    • We recommend adding a Passkey as an alternative login method. Passkeys allow login with a fingerprint, face, or device PIN, even if you forget your password.

If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket to contact us.
